SHIPPING INFO
We ship US only unless otherwise noted. Orders received and paid before 2 pm EST generally will be shipped that same business day, and we'll always try our best to get orders out that arrive after the 2 pm deadline.
Continental United States:
Within the continental U.S., our default shipping service is UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground (2 to 7 business days). We are willing to ship items under 1 lb via USPS Priority, however buyer must request and pay for signature confirmation. If you want it out faster, we also offer UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed to arrive by 10:30am in most areas), UPS Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed to arrive by end of the day in most areas), UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Air. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and all U.S. Protectorates:
Residents of Hawaii and Alaska and Customers with an APO/FPO address or residing in a U.S. Protectorate are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS).
International Shipping: Unless otherwise noted we do not ship internationally. In some instances we will ship to Canada however prices are 3x the stated price for delivery in the US. Delivery is via UPS Standard.
Combined Shipping: If you purchase multiple items from us, we can combine shipping however some items (bulky) do not lend themselves to combined shipping. If you have a question contact us and we will determine the combined shipping rate if not noted in auction specifics.

PayPal Electronic Check payments do not ship until they have cleared PayPal which is typically 3-4 business days.
Please note: We don't accept personal checks nor do we ship orders via COD.
8.25% sales tax will be automatically added for all New York (NY) residents.

RETURN INFO
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. Should your item be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you. We do take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back*, and we'll fully refund your original purchase price. It's that simple!
Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
*Please Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as well sorry! We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.
