The bulk of our items come from Closeouts, Overstock or Unclaimed Freight etc. Some boxes may have warehouse/shipping wear or damage. In most cases we open all of our items, including brand new items, to inspect them thoroughly and ensure they are described accurately in the listing.
Shipping: With UPS shipping rates, insurance is already included in the rate. If you prefer a different carrier from the one in the listing please contact us and we will be glad to give you a quote. In most cases,excluding weekends, your item will be shipped within 1 - 2 days from the date your payment has cleared. All items purchased through Paypal are processed first.
Payment: We accept Paypal, Money Orders, or Personal Checks.

Return Policy: At HousewareBargain we are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. We do the very best we can to describe each item as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability. All items, including Brand New Items, are opened, checked and double checked. If we feel that an item is not packaged well enough to withstand the rigors of shipping as a single item in its original packaging, we will repack it to our standards. In the rare case that a Return is warranted, such as broken or malfunctioning items, we offer a very liberal 7 days (which starts at the confirmed delivery date) to contact us. In these rare cases, we will cover the cost for you to ship the broken or malfunctioning item to us as we do not want you to incur anymore costs than you have already agreed to pay based on the auction price.
