We ship to the lower 48 states with USPS Parcel Post using a company called Fedex Smartpost. Fedex will carry the package part of the way to your home and USPS will carry it to your mail box. We also ship to AK, HI, and PR using USPS Priority mail. We ship the day after you pay (except weekends and holidays).

You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR USER I.D. OR THE ITEM NUMBER - THIS WILL HELP US SHIP YOUR ITEM SPEEDY FAST! When you checkout you will go to our secure checkout cart where you can select the payment type.
We will send you an invoice immediately after the auction ends. We do combine orders (see Shipping Section Below for Details). Payment is required in 14 days. Any cancelled auctions are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Sales Tax
We apply 7.0% sales tax to all Indiana orders.
RETURN POLICY
30 Day Warranty Policy
1) Prior to any refund or replacement please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please email us for this number.
2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we won't be able to process the claim.
3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, or check). If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
