Placing a bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Remember, your bid is a contract; place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are bidding on this item, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from "trecko" if you are the winning bidder. We reserve the right to cancel this auction within the allotted time and will not be held liable for any such cancellation.  

Payments 
Payments by Postal Money Order and PayPal get shipped the fastest. I ship at least twice a week. Other Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks must clear before shipment. Payment must be received within ten days after auction close. If you cannot get the payment to me within that time frame please do not bid! All payments by check/money order must include item number and legible "ship to" address!

Shipping  
Shipments by United States Postal Service (USPS) will have a Delivery Confirmation number.
Shipments by United Parcel Service (UPS) will have a
Tracking number. 
Some items may be removed from the bulky display and repacked. Delicate and sensitive items will be securely packed before shipping. Some items will be shipped using only the original packaging, if suitable. Some items may be removed from the original packaging to make shipping easier.
I will ship to APO/FPO addresses only if insurance is purchased! (Too many items get lost, and there is no way to track.)
Some items cannot be shipped to addresses that have only a P. O. box!
Computed shipping charges are for the 48 continental states only!

I make lowcost insurance available on all items! I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit!
International buyers must purchase insurance on all items, if available!

Return Policy 
If you receive an item that is incorrect, or has “hiddenâ€� damage, you must notify us within three days (72 hours) of receipt! If you fail to notify us within that time period, exchange or refund will not be approved! You must also save all of the original packaging for possible return and inspection. No exchange or refund will be approved if the item is returned without all of the original packaging, or has been tampered with! Shipping charges are not refundable!
